Maurice Nussenbaum is Honorary Chairman of APEI.
Maurice Nussenbaum is a graduate of HEC, Agrégé des Facultés de Droit et de Sciences économiques, Professor Emeritus at Université Paris Dauphine and co-director of the Master 225 in Corporate Finance and Financial Engineering.
He is an expert before the Paris and Versailles Administrative Courts of Appeal, a financial expert before the Paris Court of Appeal, approved by the Court of Cassation (honorary), former Chairman of the Finance section of the Compagnie Nationale des Experts Agréés par la Cour de Cassation and Honorary Chairman of the Compagnie Nationale des Experts Financiers près la Cour d’appel de Paris.
Maurice Nussenbaum is or has been a member of a number of working groups, including the recent APEI working group on fair pricing in the context of takeover bids, which he chaired, as well as the APEI working group on its code of ethics. He also took part in the recent AMF working group on the conditions for implementing squeeze-outs and independent appraisal in the context of takeover bids.
He has acted on numerous fairness opinions concerning companies such as Bolloré, SIPH, Gaumont, SES Imagotag, Heurtey-Petrochem and Lagardere Active Broadcast.
