Karsenti Claire

Claire Karsenti is a court-appointed expert before the Paris Court of Appeal and the Paris and Versailles Administrative Courts of Appeal in business and company valuations and corporate finance. She is also a financial expert before the International Criminal Court and the French National Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce.

She is a graduate of EM Lyon and the University of Paris Dauphine (Master Finance 104) and a lecturer in Finance at the University of Paris Dauphine.

Claire Karsenti is a member of the Board of Directors of the SFEV (Société Française des EValuateurs), where she heads the working group on the evaluation of management packages.

It is a member of the Compagnie Nationale des Experts Judiciaires en Finance et Diagnostic (CNEJFD), the Compagnie Nationale des Experts Judiciaires en Gestion d’Entreprise (CNEJGE), the Comité Français de l’Arbitrage (CFA) and IEAM.

She is a regular speaker at conferences and publishes articles on finance.

It has acted on numerous fairness opinions concerning, for example, Havas, Qiagen, Emme, Lagardère Active, Futuren, SES-Imagotag, Gaumont and Tessi.
