Karsenti Claire

Claire Karsenti is a partner at Sorgem Evaluation.

A court-appointed expert accredited by the French Court of Cassation, she is also registered with the Paris Court of Appeal and the Paris and Versailles Administrative Courts of Appeal, in the fields of “business and equity interest valuation” and “corporate finance.”

A graduate of emlyon business school and the Master 104 Finance programme at Université Paris Dauphine-PSL, she also lectures in finance at the university.

Claire Karsenti chairs the Compagnie Nationale des Experts de Justice en Finance (CNEJEF), the French national association of court-appointed finance experts and serves on the Board of Directors of the Société Française des Évaluateurs (SFEV), the French Society of Valuation Professionals.

She regularly speaks at conferences and publishes articles on business valuation and the assessment of economic damages.

She has also been involved in numerous fairness opinion engagements, notably in connection with transactions involving Havas, Qiagen, Emme, Lagardère Active, Tessi, Gaumont, SES-imagotag, Advenis and Euro Ressources.
