Bonnet-Bernard Sonia

Sonia began her career with Salustro, then with Constantin in New York. A specialist in national and international accounting standards, she was successively Director of International Relations for the Ordre des Experts Comptables, then General Delegate for the Comité Arnaud Bertrand (now the CNCC’s Financial Markets Department), coordinating the positions of major audit firms. Sonia joined Ricol Lasteyrie Corporate Finance as Managing Partner, in charge of independent appraisals, valuations and litigation support. Sonia became an EY partner in the Transaction Advisory department, following the merger between RLCF and EY. In 2020, Sonia founded Associés en Evaluation et Expertise Financière (A2EF), a company specialized in providing opinions on the financial value of companies.

She is an independent director of Crédit Agricole SA, CACIB and Rémy Cointreau. She chairs the Audit Committees of the Boards of Directors of these three companies. She was a member of the college of the Autorité des Normes Comptables and Chairwoman of the Commission des Normes Comptes Privées from 2010 to 2019.

Sonia graduated from Paris IX Dauphine University with a degree in accounting and financial sciences and techniques. She is a chartered accountant and judicial expert at the Paris Court of Appeal. She chairs the Société Française des Evaluateurs (SFEV).
