Alain Abergel is the founder of the firm

Alain Abergel began his career in 1980 when he founded an independent individual practice, which has grown and developed into a recognised to become a recognised player in the fields of auditing, consulting and legal expertise.

Taking advantage of his dual university education in law and in law and accountancy, he became an expert at the Cour Administrative d’Appel Administrative Courts of Appeal in Paris and Versailles in 1986, then as an Expert before the Court of Appeal of Paris in 1987, and Expert Agréé par la Cour de Cassation in 2002.

He is also a member of the Chambre Arbitrale de Paris. Expert to the French National Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and a member of the Institut d’Expertise, d’Arbitrage et de Médiation (IEAM). Mediation (IEAM).

His professional activities have focused on legal expertise, loss assessment, consultancy and arbitration. From 1988 to 1991, he was General Secretary of the Conseil National des Compagnies d’Experts de Justice (CNCEJ), then Vice-Chairman of the Compagnie Nationale des Experts en Activités Commerciales et Techniques (CNEACT), of which he is now Chairman.
