Since its creation in 2008, APEI has organised a number of working groups aimed at developing best practice on various technical issues encountered in the context of independent valuations carried out during public offerings.
In 2022, the APEI Board of Directors has decided to bring together all the publications resulting from this work, following a study to harmonise and update them in line with changes in the regulatory environment and market practices.
The Colloquium will give the floor to APEI members who participated in the creation of the Recueil des publications de l’APEI relatives à l’expertise indépendante, moderated by Olivier Péronnet and Teddy Guérineau. They will share their conclusions on the highlights of the collection, which will be discussed with Bertrand Durupt (AMF), Olivier Diaz (Gide Loyrette Nouel) and Frédéric Proust (Morgan Stanley), who have kindly accepted our invitation.
